What are different types of Shipping modes available at IWC?

At present, we offer our products with FOB India shipping, where goods are delivered to you at the nearest port in India, ready for international shipping. This does not include any custom duties or shipping cost involved in further transportation to your country.

Do you deliver goods to Residential Locations?

On special requests, we can also arrange for a doorstep delivery at your location. To do so, please submit your details here. Once our team has reviewed the order details, quantity and shipping address they will get back to you with shipping and custom duty charges.

Which shipping partners do you use?

We have tie-ups with several leading logistics companies, including FedEx, DHL, Intoglo, POTA and several more. They in turn may have partnerships with local service providers across different countries.

Does IWC offer any other shipping modes besides FOB/ Doorstep delivery?

Will anyone contact me after the order is placed at the port for any import clearance related processes?

Yes, our Account Manager will contact you to make sure that the delivery happens without any hassles. We may contact you for any additional information required to process your shipment as per the local laws and regulations.

Additionally, you may also receive a call from our service partners for one of the following activities:

  • For collecting details to process the insurance for your order.
  • To coordinate the delivery date and time.
  • For any additional information requested by Customs/ payment of duties & taxes if applicable.


What if there is an issue with my order?

You can always write to us at wholesale@warpfy.com in case you have an issue to be resolved with your running order. To report any issue with the order delivered we would need some material proof e.g. images, videos, etc. which we can share with the seller and/or logistics vendor to suitably address your concerns. We, therefore, request you to take proper pictures or videos at the time of delivery so that we can ensure to provide you the fastest, satisfactory resolution.

Will IWC be held responsible if any compliance issues arise due to missing information provided by the buyer?

IWC will not be held liable for any compliance issues that arise due to missing information or requirements not specified by the buyer in the timeframe of 72 hours after placing the order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide all necessary information and requirements for compliance with destination country laws.
