Delivery Timeline
To reduce dead-stock we do not keep large
inventories. All our products are manufactured on
order with predefined Minimum Order Quantities
(MOQ) where suppliers need to procure raw materials
and undertake production. Delivery timelines usually
ranges from 6-8 weeks for FOB India.
Quality Control
We have strict in-house quality control checks at every step
of production to ensure product quality and consistency.
Goods are dispatched once the product passes quality check.
We are also happy to offer third party inspections if needed.
Shipping
We are currently offering our products with FOB India delivery, where the goods once ready are delivered to the nearest shipping port in India.
Payment Terms
To ensure fair compensation to our manufacturers & artisans, we offer them a financial headstart to procure raw materials. Once the order is confirmed you would only be required to make a 30% advance payment and the remaining 70% of the total invoice value can be paid once goods are delivered at your doorstep.
In case of FOB India ship mode, the remaining 70% of the total invoice can be paid once goods are delivered at the Indian port.
